Our office hours are as follows:
January 1 to April 15 - 8:00 am to 5:00 am, Monday through Friday and 8 am to Noon on Saturday
April 16 to November 30 - 8:00 am to Noon and 1 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday
December 1 to 31 - 8:00 am to 5:00 am, Monday through Friday
Other times are available by appointment.

Location and directions: Our new street address is 233 1st Street Northwest.
Our office is located in downtown Le Mars, Iowa across the street from the Le Mars US Post Office on the corner of 3rd Avenue NW and 1st Street NW.
Directions: From US Highway 75 / Iowa Highway 60 bypass - take Exit 118 into Le Mars, turn east on to Highway 3 (Plymouth Street in town) and travel for approximately 3 miles east until you reach 3rd Avenue West (Great Southern Bank on NW corner). Turn left (north) and go 1 block and look for our tan cottage style office building on the north side of street, directly across the street from Post Office.
Exit 116 is the south entrance to Le Mars (Wells' Dairy corporate campus) and Exit 120 is the north entrance to Le Mars, where US Hwy 75 continues north.
